How many days customers have to Initiate a return?

Customers have 10 business days from the day they've received their packages to return any unwanted items.

Conditions of Returns ?

The item must be Un-warn ,In Original packaging with a Description of Returns.

Restriction on Returnable Items ?

NO RETURNS for UNDERGARMENTS such as SWIMWEAR ,LINGERIE , CORSETS

What form do you provide a Refund in ?

• STORE CREDIT ONLY MUST BE THE SAME PRICE OF ANY RETURNED ITEMS.
• MUST SEND BACK UNWANTED ITEMS FIRST AS RECIVED.
• You will receive you're exchange items 5-7 Business days from the day it gets dropped of to our location.
• We will Email you a Conformation Number when we are ready to ship out.
